Challenge the live dealer to assemble a hand of 9 with this classy casino classic. Check out the Live Baccarat rules and buttons below to enjoy this stylish favourite now!

Live Baccarat Rules

The aim of this elegant title is to assemble a hand with a value as close to 9 as possible.

Aces are valued at 1 with cards 2 to 9 retaining their face value. 10s and picture cards are worth 0. If hand totals 10 or more, 10 is subtracted from the total to create the Live Baccarat point value. E.g.: 7+8=15=5 and 3+7=10=0

Baccarat asks you to bet on whether the player, banker or both will win the hand. Once bets have been confirmed, the banker and player are dealt two cards each. The cards are dealt straight from a shoe holding 6 decks of playing cards. Certain cases may require a third card to be dealt in accordance with Third Card Rules (see below). The player with a hand closest to 9 wins.

Live Baccarat Winnings

  • If you place your bet on the player and he wins, you receive a 2 for 1 payout.
  • If you place your bet on the banker and he wins, you receive a 2 for 1 payout minus a bank commission of 5%.
  • If the player and banker assemble equal hands, a tie is called. Bets placed on ‘tie’ will receive a 9 for 1 payout. Non-tie bets are returned in the event of a tie.
